Steel Fabrication and Erection
LuMar is a full service fabricator and erector of structural and miscellaneous steel. Steel projects are delivered in a safe and timely manner, all while providing the best value for our clients.

Lumar provides quality concrete contracting services including projects for super flat floors, building foundations, walls, truck docks press pits and more.

LuMar Development (LMD) was founded in 2015 by Cedrick Bourn. Since its initiation, LuMar has built a reputation within the local market for offering the best value in building services. LMD, a humble start-up, which began as a premier firm for residential builds has grown into an industry leader for general contracting, construction management, design, and project management. Headquartered in Southern Mississippi, LMD is working towards expansion to include offices in Alabama, Louisiana, and Tennessee.
